The final module in the program was a capstone project. This module tied everything together – initiation, planning, executing, closing. The objective of the capstone project was to roll out tabletop menu tablets in two branches as part of the pilot to assist customers with quick, easy ordering options in order to reduce table turn times, serve more guests and increase the product mix at a restaurant.
